RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Returns are only warranted if you received the wrong product and will like a refund. If the seal on the product is broken, you will not be able to get a refund. All returns will be accepted within 5 calendar days from the purchase date. A refund will be credited to your account once the returned product has been received and inspected by us. Please note that all customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees incurred for products sent back to Crowned With Faith beauty products. Send an email to sales@crownedwithfaith.com so we can begin the return process.
We do not honor exchanges. Once you have been refunded, you may place another order.

Crowed With Faith is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier center. If your product has a defect, something is not right with the manufacturing of the product, your product will be replaced at no cost to you if the defected product is returned within the 5 calendar days from date of receipt. Please be advised that all customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees incurred for products sent back to crowned with faith.
